A new web or mobile product
You have a problem and a product idea, but no technical brief. I can help define it, design the scope, architecture and UX, and build the product: web, backend, iOS and Android.
A live product that needs to move forward
Your app or website is already running, but performance, architecture, the mobile side or the interface is holding you back. I first understand the current state, then propose gradual modernisation based on what is already there.
Web and mobile as one system
A customer website, mobile app, administration and backend designed together around shared data. Typical examples include operational systems, ordering and integrations with point-of-sale systems or external services.
A company or product website
If a website has a clear purpose, it deserves care: content structure, speed, accessibility and a sound technical foundation for search engines. Designed for the purpose, without unnecessary effects.

Website development
A website should quickly explain what you offer, show your work and make it easy to get in touch. I design and build it around the people visiting it and what they need to find out.
Web application development
When spreadsheets, emails and separate systems are no longer enough, an application designed around people’s actual work can help. I connect the interface, data and related systems into one understandable product.
Mobile app development
A mobile app needs to handle everyday use: touch interaction, changes in permissions and connection loss. I develop apps for iOS and Android and connect them to the services they need.
02 /Process
How working together works.
A small website does not need the same process as a mobile product. But the basic steps remain the same, and at every stage you know where the project stands.
Context and goal
We discuss the users, the operational or business need, the current situation and constraints. The outcome is a shared understanding of the problem.
Solution design
I define the scope, user journeys, architecture and connections to existing systems. For more complex products, we test the key parts with a prototype before development begins.
Development and ongoing verification
Working parts are built gradually and are available for review throughout. Decisions are informed by the real product during development, before the final handover.
Deployment and further development
I prepare the production deployment, and we agree on handover, operations or continued development. My responsibility does not end at launch.

I’m based in Drnholec in South Moravia, Czechia. For businesses around Mikulov and Břeclav, meeting in person can be useful: an initial conversation, a visit to the operation or an important product decision can move faster face to face.
Design, development, reviews and handover work just as well online. Most of my work is done remotely for clients and teams who have never been to Drnholec.

Before you write.
- Does my business need to be based in Drnholec or Mikulov?
- No. Drnholec, Mikulov and Břeclav are the nearest areas for meeting in person, but most of a project can be handled remotely wherever your business is based.
- Do you also build smaller company websites?
- Yes, when the website has a clear purpose. The scope of design and development is adapted to whether you need a company website, a product website or an application.
- Can you take over or develop an existing solution?
- Yes. I first need to understand its current technical state, goals and constraints. I then propose a practical way forward, from a specific fix to gradual modernisation.
- Can you deliver the website, backend and mobile app together?
- I can design and develop all of these layers as one product. I can also contribute specifically to the frontend, mobile app, backend, UX or integrations.
- What should I include in my first message?
- Briefly describe who the product is for, what problem it should solve and whether anything already exists. You do not need a technical brief.
